Columbia Entry Requirements



  • A passport is the main document that needs to be submitted by the applicant to acquire a Colombia visa.
  • The passport shows the applicant's citizenship or nationality.
  • It also provides some immunities to the traveller while on his/her foreign trip.
  • The passport should have at least two blank pages and a 6-months validity period from the day of travel.
  • Both the original passport and its photocopy have to be submitted.


  • Two recent photographs of 35X45mm dimensions have to be submitted by the applicant.
  • Follow the photo specifications such as not wearing glasses, ears being visible, etc., while clicking photos for your visa.

Air Tickets

  •  The applicant has to submit air tickets for the entire trip while visiting the country.
  • This gives an idea of your travel course to the visa officials and confirms your return from Columbia.

Old Passports

  • All the previous passports that have expired or completely stamped are considered old passports.
  • The old passports should be in a good state while submitting.
